The Louisiana Equine Council has compiled a list of equine evacuation resources as Tropical Storm Francine gears up to become Hurricane Francine.

Listed below is contact information from individuals willing to house, transport, or aid in relocating horses during the upcoming storm should you need to evacuate. The list will be updated as resources are added at https://www.laequinecouncil.com/news-2 .

For other livestock that may need to be moved, the Louisiana Cattlemen's Association - LCA will be creating a list of producers who need help moving cattle out and a list of producers who can help move cattle and have places for them to stay.
